Bill McMillan

Bill has been a Solicitor since the 1960s and practised as Barrister from 1981 until 2000. Bill's experience extends from practising as a Barrister in Queensland and Tasmania (frequently in the High Court) and acting as Lead Counsel in the Federal Court, USA representing Australia and New Zealand Vietnam Veterans in the Agent Orange Class Action to now, providing his wealth of experience and expertise.

Bill has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law and general litigation, estate planning, asset protection and family law. He is supported by a number of solicitors and support staff. Bill is also the Principal of McMillan Law, a ‘big city’ law firm in Brisbane, giving you the back up and expertise of a fully professional team, if you need it.

Bill has property in Kalbar and is very much involved in helping develop the local community. He is a director the Company Secretary of the Kalbar Bendigo Community Bank, a director of the Boonah and District Cultural Foundation and a member of the Boonah Arts Collective.
