How We Work
Clarity, consistency, and communication.
We start with an initial interview of around 30 minutes to identify the problem and follow that with a written summary of the situation and possible courses of action. You will have the report within 5 working days.
You will be asked to sign a simple agreement showing that you understand the way we work and agree to pay for the initial interview and report. You will have the comfort of a fixed fee for the initial interview and report, regardless of the size or type of business, so you know exactly what to budget for. The report identifies the likely costs of the possible courses of action.
If you decide to proceed, we will give you a fixed fee, or range, for each step along the way, and a firm quote before you engage us. No unpleasant surprises. We will try to help you settle the matter by conciliation and agreement rather than court action, to try and keep the costs to a minimum. We do not believe in unnecessary litigation or recommending doubtful outcomes.
You may want to know something, along the way. If we can’t take your phone call immediately, we will return your call within the same day, or the following morning. We will give you an opinion within 5 working days and keep you informed of progress throughout the process. You'll never be left wondering what’s going on. We believe in complete disclosure. We won’t talk to you in lawyer-speak and we will make sure that you understand what’s happening and agree with the action we are taking.
